I can't.....do this anymore..

It's that time of year again..where everything is happening all at the same time. It's nice to get noticed for doing well at a competition for once...for once mr. vogt actually acknowledged the band on announcements today. This past saturday we got 2nd place with a 68.45. (It was our second competition, so that's good for us!). We're doing very well and I'm proud of all of us. All we gotta do is keep it up. We're not quite there yet.

So, the fall play is "Meet Me In St. Louis"!

I got one of the daughters, Esther! I'm really happy about the whole cast! It's going to be a lot of fun!

well, it's been a really long time since i updated this thing..and this is probably going to end up being a pointless entry but..that's okay. : )


well. we started school almost two weeks ago. it's not bad... all of my classes are very easy. i'm finally eligible to be in NHS and i'm really happy. I'm almost done with my application and I really hope I get to be in it. : ) western sent me an application already, and i'm waiting for central to send me one...i think i'm going to apply to both. i really want to go to central, but if for some reason i can't or something...or change my mind all of a sudden, it'll be good to know western is there, too. lol. you know. it's not going as fast as everyone says! haha, just kidding. i'm sure in a few weeks i'm going to want it to slow down.

my life in general is going really well. i'm just. happy. and even when i'm not...it doesn't take much to make me happy.

i'm going to work on updating more. but i'm about to get even more busy than i already am..sooo... we'll see how it goes.

We found out who got section leader today! Kelsey and I again. I'm happy, but at the same time I'm sad, because we were really hoping it was going to be all three of us. (Kelsey, Sam, and me.) But it's my third year of being captain. I'm excited for the season.

Happy Easter, everyone.

Life is going pretty well. We're on Spring Break and it's kind of lame, but relaxing. We haven't really done anything fun like we did last year but that's because it's been too damn cold, what with snow in the beginning of the week and all. Austin came home last weekend and this weekend so I got to see him a lot over break, it was nice. I started reading Twilight and I'm almost done, it's really good! But I'm excited just to get on to New Moon so I can read about new things and not always just think about what happens in the movie like I do with Twilight. It's weird because I don't read often, but after the musical I really don't have anything to do, so I decided I should pick up a book, and since everyone says the twilight saga is so good, I figured I'd start reading those books first. lol. Only four weeks until everyone is home from college. I can't wait. Once they're home that's basically when summer begins for me. I miss everyone, and it's just going to be sweet when everyone is home. There is also only four weeks until prom, and I am so unbelievably excited for that. I took my dress to the alterations place and she said she'd have it done in two weeks. I am so excited! And only 8 more weeks of school for us. I'm almost a senior, ah, I can't wait to get out of that place.

I started working again on monday. It's pretty cool. Only a week 'til spring break! And I'm going to Central this weekend. Life is going goooood. 8)

There are a few things that I'm slowly starting to miss. It's probably not a good thing.

Last night was the last night of The Music Man. I'd say it went pretty well. The night went by so fast. I kind of can't believe it's over. But I am relived for sure. That means I can start working again! It's going to be great. I can't wait to have my own money, ha. I've been asking my mom for way too much way too long. So last night after strike we went to Katlyn's for a cast party. It was fun. When I got home I was feeling really sick...I didn't know what was wrong. We tried to sleep around 330 and I got up at 4, went to the bathroom and threw up. It was pretty gross. I think that last time i threw up before that was in 8th grade. But..i feel better now so I guess the pizza we ate just did not agree with me, ha.

It feels like something is missing.

sitting in class with nothing to do. we start ACT's tomorrow and i'm not excited at all. I don't know if it's because i just want to get them over with or if it's that i'm scared about how i'm going to do on them. Could be both i guess.. The Music Man is next weekend... I'm not too excited about that either... Eh... This is our first week with the pit... People still don't know their lines.... And it's just making me really nervous. I'm sure it will pull together but this last week always makes me nervous. So...come and see it. Next weekend the 19th 20th and 21st... 7pm.... $4 students $5 adults. It should be a good time.

I'm at drama, kind of bored... Austin comes home tomorrow and i can't wait! I just might cry.. Haha.

I got home from Central a couple hours ago. It was so fun. I love it up there. We left on Friday, and I drove this time, it was pretty cool. It was just me and Samantha and she loved it there, too. The weekend consisted of tons of uno, talking about old times and times to come, and just hanging out. It was such a relaxing weekend and I got to see most of my favorite people! But yeah, I had a lot of fun and my boyfriend is coming home in like a week and a half for a whole weeeek! : )
